Senior Business Analyst - AI/ML

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - AI/ML in a healthcare payer environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for AI/ML initiatives
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process documentation
• Support AI/ML product efforts and collaborate with teams on ML products built on AWS SageMaker or similar platforms

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, specifically in requirements and UAT support
• Healthcare payer experience is required
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong experience with Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of ML evolution and general AI concepts as used in business
