Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, design, and document training strategy to support client's technological goals
• Function within Waterfall and Agile change management projects
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, technical personnel, and training personnel to define and communicate training requirements

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on translating technical goals into training requirements
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Understanding of Adult Learning Theories and Instructional Design Methodologies
• Experience in presentation and/or training facilitation
