Senior Business Analyst - California

Job Summary

To support a dynamic insurance team, the full-time Senior Business Analyst - Guidewire will conduct detailed business analysis, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and work on process optimization, primarily in a hybrid work environment based in Woodland Hills, California.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business analysis to understand and document business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business needs
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, systems, and workflows

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of related experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Workers' Compensation
• Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases is preferred
• Experience with Cognos, Tableau, and Snowflake is preferred
• Familiarity with AI platforms and tools, such as CoPilot, is preferred
