Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and workshops to gather and validate business requirements for CLM projects
• Analyze current contract lifecycle processes and design optimized future-state workflows
• Configure CLM systems and support implementation phases, including testing and user training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on CLM or related software
• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution configuration within a CLM system
• Proficiency in process mapping and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
• Strong ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
