Job Summary
To support the development of the Optum Customer Communications/Document Composition Center of Excellence, the contract Senior Business Analyst Consultant will work remotely, serving as a technical SME and partnering with various stakeholders to deliver a scalable CCM platform that meets business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development of platform capability requirements and operating models for the CCM
- Define, track, and deliver key quality success measures related to communications projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and optimize the CCM platform and related deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Document Composition
- Healthcare industry background is a plus
- Proficiency in data management and performance monitoring
- Ability to consult and partner with various internal and external stakeholders
