Senior Business Analyst - Data Governance

Job Summary

To drive enterprise-wide data governance initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Analyst - Data Governance will support the development and execution of the organization's data governance strategy while collaborating with stakeholders, data owners, and vendors to enhance data quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and continuous improvement of the enterprise Data Governance framework, policies, and procedures
• Analyze data governance challenges, recommend solutions, and facilitate governance-related projects to ensure successful delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data governance requirements and assess data quality issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5+ years focused on Data Governance or Data Management initiatives
• Strong understanding of Data Governance frameworks and Data Quality concepts
• Proficiency in data analysis and experience with data governance tools
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments
