Senior Business Analyst - Fuel

Job Summary

To support a critical project, the temporary remote Senior Business Analyst - Fuel will manage the development of functional requirements and user stories for the Elera Fuel Module while collaborating with architects and stakeholders to ensure alignment with technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Author functional requirements and development-ready user stories for all in-scope Elera Fuel features across 13 capability areas
• Collaborate with the Lead Architect on requirements traceability and contribute to ARB submission documentation
• Facilitate clarification sessions with stakeholders and manage requirements review cycles to ensure timely feedback

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with fuel/forecourt systems and knowledge of at least one fuel controller system (e.g., Allied/ANDI protocol, Gilbarco, Wayne)
• 5+ years of business analysis experience on enterprise software delivery engagements
• Proven ability to write detailed functional requirements and user stories for developer consumption
• Working knowledge of PCI DSS compliance requirements in a payments context
• Strong data modeling skills and familiarity with microservices/event-driven architecture
