Senior Business Analyst - Health Insurance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst in the Health Insurance sector, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business problems and develop analytical solutions in collaboration with clients and technical resources
• Plan and design business processes and system modifications, and create complex test case scenarios for testing
• Gather and document client business requirements and assist in the QA, UAT, and Release phases of projects

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field
• Previous experience in the health insurance industry is required
• Knowledge of business analysis concepts and experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment
• Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage
