Senior Business Analyst - Health Insurance
Job Summary
To support a growing Insurtech company, the full-time Senior Business Analyst - Health Insurance will work remotely to identify client business problems, develop analytical solutions, and enhance business processes within the health insurance sector.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and technical teams to analyze business problems and design appropriate solutions
- Gather and document complex business requirements through interviews and work sessions
- Create and oversee testing scenarios to ensure all client requirements are met in system designs
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field
- Previous experience in the health insurance industry is required
- Experience in Agile and/or Scrum environments is essential
- Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an advantage
