Senior Business Analyst - Healthcare

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, and solution definition across business and IT stakeholders
• Perform hands-on data analysis using SQL and related tools to validate data and support design decisions
• Document business and technical requirements, process flows, and collaborate with teams for successful implementations

Required Qualifications

• Experience with HL7 exchange protocols, including FHIR and CCDs
• Prior experience with HEDIS and quality processes is a plus
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools like Databricks
• Knowledge of Managed Care functions, including Claims and Care Management
• Ability to mentor junior Business Analysts on best practices
