Senior Business Analyst - Healthcare

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior System Business Analyst - Healthcare Revenue Cycle will partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, evaluate workflows for automation opportunities, and design solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and reporting tools.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from Revenue Cycle stakeholders
• Evaluate current-state workflows to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making and collaborate with IT teams on functional solutions

Required qualifications

• Strong knowledge of hospital Revenue Cycle operations, including patient access, billing, and claims workflows
• Minimum 3 years' experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including AI Builder and Copilot Studio
• Expertise in developing complex Desktop and Cloud flows with Power Automate
• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• 5+ years of experience gathering technical requirements and creating workflow documentation
