Senior Business Analyst - IAM Governance

Job Summary

Leading the rollout and operationalization of the Machine Identity & Agentic AI Governance program, the full-time Senior Business Analyst - IAM Governance will work remotely to manage enterprise-wide initiatives while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end deployment of the NHI governance platform, ensuring integration with various systems and cloud platforms
• Establish workflows for new machine identities and manage lifecycle processes for credentials across business lines
• Serve as a liaison between Identity Management, Cloud Operations, and Cybersecurity teams to implement automated controls and governance

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Technical Project Management, particularly in IAM and cybersecurity governance
• Strong technical background in APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise system integrations
• Familiarity with OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and API key-based authentication methods
• Conceptual understanding of secrets management platforms and non-human identity tooling
• Ability to communicate effectively across technical and business domains
