Key Responsibilities

• Engage with accounting stakeholders to elicit and validate insurance and operating accounting requirements
• Translate complex business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows
• Support implementations and enhancements for insurance accounting and financial platforms

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in accounting, insurance, or financial services
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, with insurance accounting experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with financial systems and insurance platforms
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Proficiency with workflow/documentation tools like Jira and Confluence
