Senior Business Analyst - Medicaid

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Medicaid.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate business analyst team activities on IT projects and mentor new team members
• Serve as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to document and share business requirements
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to support client technology goals

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Business Analyst experience in the healthcare industry, with 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred
• Experience with Third Party Liability and Managed Care is a plus
• Knowledge of computer programming concepts, including configuration and development
• Advanced proficiency in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to translate client needs into actionable objectives
