Senior Business Analyst - Medicaid

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Medicaid Member/Managed Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate a business analyst team's duties and provide guidance to newer members
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and document business requirements
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to support client technology goals

Required Qualifications

• 6 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare industry, with 4 or more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred
• 3 or more years of Member or Managed Care experience required
• Knowledge of computer programming concepts such as configuration and development
• Advanced knowledge in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Strong leadership skills to motivate team members and communicate effectively with stakeholders
