Senior Business Analyst - Medicaid

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Medicaid Provider Management & Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and document business requirements
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to support client technology goals
• Develop and deliver reports and documentation while supporting the Ad-Hoc Data Request process

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with 3+ years in Provider Enrollment and Management systems
• Experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS)
• Knowledge of computer programming concepts and analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills
• Experience with requirement-mapping tools such as Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
