Senior Business Analyst - Medicaid

Job Summary

Supporting complex healthcare IT initiatives, the remote Senior Business Analyst - Medicaid will translate business needs into high-quality system solutions, contributing to requirements, design, and testing activities while collaborating with project teams to enhance care delivery for Medicaid members and providers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage structured solution artifacts, driving them from initial definition through implementation and closure
• Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements, translating them into actionable deliverables for technical teams
• Analyze business processes and system impacts, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and alignment with project objectives

Required qualifications

• Six or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or requirements analyst
• Experience supporting healthcare or Medicaid system implementations
• Proven ability to develop structured requirements and design documentation for system implementations
• Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation, SDLC/PLC processes, and alignment of requirements to testing activities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across business, technical, and QA/testing functions
