Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Digital Banking & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs and business goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
• Continuously analyze product performance to drive improvements and serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a banking or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
• Experience supporting digital banking products, including web and/or mobile applications
• Experience managing and prioritizing product backlog using product management tools
