Senior Business Analyst Officer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst Officer - Corporate App Tech Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Consults with stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors
- Documents business and functional requirements, and coordinates with application analysts for technical requirements
- Manages system utilization and assists in troubleshooting and optimizing business application solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of experience in banking, technology, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of customer and user system experiences
- Experience supporting digital and electronic banking, including mobile apps
- Experience with deposit and/or loan operations and ACH payments
