Senior Business Analyst Operations

Job Summary

Responsible for implementing and supporting quality initiatives, the full-time Senior Business Analyst Operations will work remotely, providing subject matter expertise and serving as a liaison between customers and IT to enhance business practices in claims, system administration, and member enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support quality initiatives within assigned areas
• Serve as a liaison between internal/external customers and IT for business definition, scope, testing, and implementation
• Analyze data and provide reporting to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 7 to 10 years of experience, specifically in health plan operations (Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial enrollments)
• Advanced SQL experience required
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and data analysis with large data sets
