Senior Business Analyst - Oracle HCM

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Oracle HCM and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to analyze, design, and deliver Oracle HCM solutions with a focus on Payroll
• Lead requirements walkthroughs with business units and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and formal sign off
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support Oracle Payroll and Core HR modules across implementation and post go live environments

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a senior business analyst, technical functional, or Oracle HCM consulting role
• Proven hands-on experience with Oracle HCM implementations, specifically with Oracle Payroll expertise
• Strong experience supporting post go live (hypercare) environments, including troubleshooting and enhancements
• Solid knowledge of Oracle Payroll, Core HR, OTBI reporting, and HDL/HSDL data loads
• Strong technical aptitude to understand system behavior, integrations, dependencies, and data flows
