A company is looking for a Sr Business Analyst - Payments and Collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize payment processing workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Develop collections and renewal strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce churn
• Generate reports on payment performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in business analysis, payment processing, or collections
• Strong understanding of payment gateways, ACH, credit card processing, and digital wallets
• Experience with collections strategies, accounts receivable, and financial risk management
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools
