Senior Business Analyst - Payments

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst - Payments / Cash Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop user stories and business requirements for payment platform migration and new product development
• Partner with product managers to define specifications and deliver the strategic product roadmap
• Analyze client usage of payment products to identify improvement opportunities and support testing of new workflows

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Transaction Banking, Payments, or Cash Management
• Deep understanding of ACH and wire payment systems
• Hands-on experience with Cash Management products
• Familiarity with EPN and PagoNXT platforms is ideal
• Strong background in requirements gathering and product specification writing
