Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into detailed documentation
- Analyze and document current and future-state workflows within PBM operations
- Create test plans and perform data analysis to validate requirements and results
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a PBM environment
- Strong understanding of PBM operations and pharmacy claims adjudication
- Experience with Medicaid plans and familiarity with NCPDP standards
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data validation and analysis
