Senior Business Analyst - PBM

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into detailed documentation
• Analyze and document current and future-state workflows within PBM operations
• Create test plans and perform data analysis to validate requirements and results

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a PBM environment
• Strong understanding of PBM operations and pharmacy claims adjudication
• Experience with Medicaid plans and familiarity with NCPDP standards
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data validation and analysis
