Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner - Claims (Hybrid or Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and conduct detailed business analysis to understand their needs
• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap while ensuring timely and accurate product delivery
• Lead successful product delivery using Agile frameworks, promoting best practices, and facilitating team effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, finance, IT, or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience as a business analyst and/or product owner
• Experience in Property/Casualty or Specialty insurance markets and claims processing required
• CPCU or IIA Certifications or comparable insurance certification preferred
• CBAP or comparable Business Analysis or Product Owner certifications desired
