Senior Business Analyst - Python

Job Summary

Supporting credit decisioning for credit cards and consumer lending, the remote Senior Business Analyst - Python will gather business requirements, implement decision rules using Python, and analyze process performance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Implement and validate decision rules using Python
• Analyze process performance and develop ROI frameworks

Required Qualifications:

• Strong Python skills (pandas, NumPy, DataFrames)
• Knowledge of U.S. banking, particularly credit cards and credit reporting data
• Experience with SQL (preferred)
• Exposure to CI/CD, Git, and automation workflows
• Experience in Jira or ServiceNow environments (preferred)
