Senior Business Analyst - Retail Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Point of Sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with retail stakeholders to understand and document business needs within POS, mPOS, and SCO environments
• Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirements for system implementation
• Create RFIs and RFPs for vendors and evaluate their responses

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in retail technology
• Experience with frameworks for gathering requirements and prioritizing features
• Proven experience with POS, mPOS, or SCO systems
• Familiarity with retail processes such as inventory and sales transactions
• Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Excel for tracking and documentation
