Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and reporting accuracy
• Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce and related systems
• Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and implement scalable solutions for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in renewable energy and/or new home construction
• Proven ability to develop and drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders
• Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, NetSuite, or similar tools
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in a high-growth environment
