Senior Business Analyst Scrum Master

Job Summary

Supporting a federal customer, the full-time Senior Business Analyst Scrum Master will translate product strategy into actionable user stories, manage the product backlog in Jira, and lead Agile processes while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to create user stories and define functional requirements across the SDLC
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing impediments to team progress
• Support the Project Manager in coordinating meetings and engaging with customers for feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or six years of equivalent work experience
• Minimum five years of experience as a Business Analyst
• At least two years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT/software development
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments with proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Demonstrated ability to develop detailed and traceable requirements, including business and functional requirements
