Senior Business Analyst/Scrum Master
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Business Analyst/Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage product backlogs, and lead requirements gathering for a dynamic data team supporting the Department of Homeland Security.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
- Owning and maintaining product backlogs to ensure clear and prioritized requirements
- Leading requirements gathering and analysis while engaging in daily operational activities
Required qualifications
- Experience as a Lead Business Analyst or functional lead across multiple Agile Teams
- Strong background in translating business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Experience with data analytics and business intelligence platforms
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
