Senior Business Analyst, Supply Chain
Job Summary
Supporting and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst, Supply Chain will gather business requirements, design solutions, and implement them in production while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT and business areas to ensure proper configuration and maintenance of ERP systems
- Prepare functional specifications for Oracle Developers to create integrations and reports based on data analysis
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and develop dashboards to support business decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, operations, finance, data analytics, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud SCM and Cost Management
- Proven track record of 1-2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations with expertise in Costing/Cost Accounting
- Strong background in ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud, including modules like Inventory, Procurement, and Accounting
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
