Senior Business Analyst Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Tester (Lead)- LTSS.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify scope of testing for integration enhancements to ensure quality and mitigate risks
• Develop and communicate test plans, including identifying dependencies and risks
• Execute test cases, document outcomes, and manage issues related to testing

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Business Analyst / Tester experience in a relevant Healthcare environment
• 3+ years of experience in Medicaid and Medicare preferred
• Hands-on testing experience required, with lead tester experience strongly preferred
• Advanced knowledge of analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL
• Familiarity with UAT, Regression, and End to End Testing methodologies
