Senior Business Analyst Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Tester (Lead) - LTSS Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify the scope of testing for integration enhancements to ensure quality and mitigate risks
• Develop and communicate a comprehensive test plan, including dependencies and risks
• Execute test cases, document outcomes, and communicate issues for resolution

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Business Analyst / Tester experience in a relevant Healthcare environment, with 3+ years of Medicaid and Medicare experience
• Minimum education requirement is an Associate Degree
• Hands-on testing experience is required; Testing Lead experience is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL, and requirement-mapping tools like ALM and Jira
• Familiarity with computer programming concepts such as configuration, development, and batch processing
