Senior Business Analyst - Texas Licensed

Job Summary

Supporting business, policy, and technical execution within the MMIS and Medicaid Pharmacy environments, the fully remote Senior Business Analyst - Texas Licensed will act as a domain and policy subject matter expert, translating Medicaid policy into product features and ensuring operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Domain SME, advising on business processes and ensuring solutions align with CMS guidance and state policy
• Lead requirements and design sessions, translating federal and state Medicaid policies into system configuration and design artifacts
• Support operational readiness and deployment, providing domain expertise for testing and transition to operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience supporting healthcare system implementations, including MMIS solutions
• Strong knowledge of state and federal Medicaid policy, regulations, and program rules
• Demonstrated experience translating policy and program rules into system requirements and design artifacts
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation
