Senior Business Analyst Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Professional Business Analyst - BPM Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate a business analyst team's activities on IT projects and mentor newer members
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and document business requirements
• Analyze and recommend improvements for business processes to support clients' technology goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 6 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3 or more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred
• Expertise in Medicaid and MITA processes, with a pharmacy technologist background preferred
• Strong business analysis and technical skills, including familiarity with Visio and process modeling
• Experience in training and presenting, with skills in adult learning and classroom facilitation
• Background in technical writing and documentation, with knowledge of video creation tools and 508 compliance
