Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst in Business Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data analytics to inform decision-making across the organization
• Contribute to key process improvement initiatives under management direction
• Develop and maintain regular reporting to drive insights and improve performance

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of Medicare experience
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics role
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and QuickBase; experience with Alteryx, SQL or other programming languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a minimum of 2 years of equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated innovative problem-solving abilities
