Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analytics Analyst focused on Workforce Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, maintain, and schedule dashboards and workflows using various report writing tools
• Analyze data to provide insightful and actionable insights while collaborating with key stakeholders
• Identify areas of potential business risk and communicate necessary changes on projects and processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business process data analysis within supply chain or finance environments
• BA/BS degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Proficiency with Alteryx workflow development and MS Office (Excel/PowerQuery, SharePoint, Teams)
• Experience with SQL queries and data modeling
• 6-10 years of relevant analytics and reporting experience
