Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate operational performance metrics and resources to ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Create and maintain standard reporting measures and operational reporting tools to drive efficiencies
• Provide analytical support for financial reporting, revenue analysis, and operational initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and professional experience
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in business analytics or reporting
• In-depth experience and knowledge in business analytics and operational reporting
• Experience with HRIS systems and data integrity audits
• Ability to provide guidance on complex HRIS transactions
