Senior Business Analytics Manager

Job Summary

To support the Go-to-Market Finance organization, the full-time Senior Business Analytics Manager will drive data-informed strategy and build scalable analytics solutions and AI-enabled workflows that enhance planning, forecasting, and reporting, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics and AI-enabled workflow initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify and improve planning, forecasting, and reporting workflows using data and automation
• Design and build scalable data products and dashboards that enhance self-service analytics and decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field
• 8-10+ years of experience in analytical fields such as consulting, strategic finance, or data science
• Advanced SQL skills with experience working with large datasets
• Strong experience with BI and visualization tools like Power BI
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior business partners
