Senior Business Analytics Manager

Job Summary

To support the Go-to-Market Finance organization, the full-time Senior Business Analytics Manager will drive data-informed strategy and build scalable analytics solutions and AI-enabled workflows that enhance planning, forecasting, and reporting, while leading a team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics and AI-enabled workflow initiatives, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and measurable business impact
• Translate ambiguous Finance challenges into structured analytical frameworks and design scalable data products to improve decision-making
• Manage, coach, and develop analysts while enhancing the overall analytical capabilities of the Business Analytics team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field
• 8-10+ years of experience in analytical fields such as consulting, strategic finance, or data science
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to work with large, complex datasets
• Strong experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate findings into clear business impact
