Senior Business Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Senior Business Analytics Manager will develop operational analytics, drive BI processes, and provide actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of operational analytics, including report creation and data validation
• Drive the design and deployment of business intelligence processes and procedures
• Identify operational challenges and provide leadership with actionable insights for decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics
• 2 years of management experience leading a team
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python
• Understanding of SQL best practices, query design, and data validation/automation
