Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Applications Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and lead the configuration and administration of packaged software systems
• Serve as the subject matter expert and provide technical leadership for application areas
• Analyze business problems and develop solutions, ensuring project completion within time and budget constraints

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree
• Hands-on experience with Facets medical plan product configuration
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis
• Experience in leading development and implementation of packaged software solutions
