Senior Business Applications Analyst
Job Summary
To support healthcare technology initiatives, the remote Senior Business Applications Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert, managing application configurations and leading the development of software modification requirements while collaborating with business areas.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of Package Software modification requirements and maintain file configurations
- Analyze business problems and opportunities, providing recommendations and implementing solutions
- Provide technical leadership and consultative support to project teams and junior staff members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of experience in business applications analysis, specifically in healthcare technology
- Experience with Facets product builds and claims healthcare processes is preferred
- Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application configuration
- Ability to communicate effectively with business partners and deliver presentations as needed
