Senior Business Applications Analyst
Job Summary
To support the development of new healthcare benefits and products, the remote Senior Business Applications Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert, lead software modification requirements, and provide technical leadership while managing complex configurations and solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for application areas, including data definitions and business rules
- Lead the development of software modification requirements and maintain Packaged Software file configurations
- Independently analyze business problems and develop solutions, facilitating project completion within allocated time and budget
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in the healthcare business or related field, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with Facets product build
- Strong understanding of complex benefit and product builds
- SQL knowledge and experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
