Senior Business Applications Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Applications Manager to engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams
• Analyze and document existing and future business processes and systems
• Oversee project lifecycles for HR and Legal systems, ensuring user satisfaction and technical compatibility

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Master's degree in Computer Science or related field plus two years of experience, or Bachelor's degree plus five years of experience
• Experience with HCM, PeopleSoft, Workday, and related technologies
• Ability to critically evaluate and decompose information from multiple sources
• Experience in systems implementation projects including documentation and issue resolution
• Familiarity with project management and change management processes
