Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Business Architect Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team focused on core employee lifecycle processes, ensuring global consistency and compliance
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to redesign employee experiences and remove inefficiencies
• Develop process models and oversee the implementation of future-state roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 10 or more years of experience in the financial or insurance industry (preferred)
• Deep expertise in HR process design and re-engineering
• Strong hands-on Workday HCM expertise
• Proven program and project management skills
