Senior Business Architect

Job Summary

Leading operations strategy and business transformation for a major enterprise client in healthcare and consumer goods, the remote contract Senior Business Architect will facilitate executive workshops, analyze complex value chains, and translate findings into actionable requirements for AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the decomposition of complex, cross-functional business processes to identify structural inefficiencies
• Independently facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with senior client stakeholders, building trusted advisor relationships
• Convert business findings into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams, ensuring alignment with operational constraints

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of management consulting experience at a Big Four, tier-two, or leading boutique firm, ideally at the Senior Manager or Director level
• Demonstrated ability to independently own executive-level client relationships and drive program progress
• Strong foundation in structured problem-solving methodologies, with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
• Experience mapping and transforming end-to-end value chains across multiple industries
• Comfort utilizing AI tools to enhance research and analysis in consulting practices
