Senior Business Central Consultant

Job Summary

Owning the functional implementation of RUX Rentals for new and existing customers, the full-time Senior Business Central Consultant will lead end-to-end implementations, configure standard modules, and provide training and support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of RUX Rentals, including discovery, solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support
• Map customer business processes to RUX Rentals and core Business Central functionality
• Train customer admins and end users while building documentation, configuration guides, and process playbooks

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Business Central functional consulting or implementation experience
• Solid grasp of core BC modules: Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs, Fixed Assets
• Experience implementing in asset-intensive, rental, or field service verticals strongly preferred
• Strong client-facing skills in requirements gathering and training delivery
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification is a plus
