Senior Business Central Consultant

Job Summary

Delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central functional and technical services, the Senior Business Central Consultant will work full-time in a flexible environment, managing client relationships, resolving technical issues, and implementing solutions to enhance business processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver functional and technical services to post-implementation clients using Business Central SaaS
• Triage and resolve client tickets, coordinating with experts for complex issues
• Document work and create knowledge management resources to support client success

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting experience
• Experience modeling business processes and translating requirements into applications
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of the development process
• Knowledge of the Business Central ecosystem and Marketplace App partners
