Senior Business Central Consultant

Job Summary

Delivering functional and technical services to post-implementation clients, the Senior Business Central Consultant will work full-time in a flexible environment remote, onsite, or hybrid while managing client relationships and implementing solutions to enhance business processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide Dynamics 365 Business Central services to clients, ensuring effective resolution of technical issues and requests
• Organize and monitor project work plans to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion, while managing change requests
• Document processes and create knowledge management resources to support client onboarding and ongoing engagement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting experience, preferably in a professional services firm
• Experience in modeling business processes and translating requirements into business applications
• Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of the Business Central ecosystem and Marketplace App partners
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client requests and shifting priorities effectively
